Refund policy

We offer a 10 day return policy on physical items. That is 10 days from the date of receipt, not purchase. We want to make sure you have time to use the item or try on the merch! We only offer exchange, no refunds!!

Do to the nature of our primary product being digital, we cannot offer a refund. We will however exchange any drive that is not functioning properly.

We also offer size exchanges on merchandise. Once again we do not offer a refund but we will exchange for another size if it doesn't fit you. This is also a 10-day return window.
